3D Laser Cutting (W3015D)

The machine adopts cantilever and cross beam to work together, which is better connected with cutting parts and more convenient for maintenance. Equipped with double-station rotary table to realize loading and unloading on one side and cutting on the other side to improve production efficiency.

The key components of the equipment adopt CAE dynamics analysis, good dynamic rigidity and strong bearing capacity; the cutting head N*360° infinite rotation, ±135° swing, maximum speed 173m/min, acceleration 1.0G, instant perforation function, greatly improving production efficiency.

The machine uses a fiber laser resonant cavity to achieve precision cutting requirements for thick plates with three-dimensional curved surfaces. The fiber laser resonant cavity has a high energy conversion rate and consumes 60% less power compared to a CO2 laser of the same power. No optical maintenance is required and the resonator does not require gas consumption. Therefore, the operating cost of the equipment is low.
